This beautiful apartment located in the El Vinyet residential area of Sitges just two minutes from the beach.

This bright 30 m2 studio, on the ground floor of the building, has an open kitchen with a dining room and a living room, a bathroom with a shower, a large closet and a sleeping area with a double bed.

The studio has access to a community pool and its gardens for the exclusive use of our guests.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning, free WIFI internet, safe and satellite TV.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped to prepare any meal. The bathroom has a shower tray.

The rest of the studio has a table with chairs, a sofa and a flat screen TV. The bed is double matrimonial, has large closets and a window with access to the main courtyard of the building.

To respect our neighbors, it is not allowed to organize parties or make noise after 10 pm

Currently the farm where the apartment is located is under construction and will be finished at the end of May.

Information for Check In:

- The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.

- The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | those under 16 do not pay it)

- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After 9pm there is a small fee of €30 and after midnight it is €50.

- Check out time is at 11am.
